Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment (bundles and non-customized and pre-made wigs).  Custom wigs take 5-10 business days to ship out. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.
